 NO FEARS

You can live your dreams or live your fears. And I think most people actually don’t live their dreams, but live their fears. So I ask you a question. What are you afraid of? What are you afraid of? What are you afraid of? Because we are all scared, aren't we?

We all have something blocking, which holds us back. And as we begin to look at life, we see that the reason why so many people do not live to their full potential and do not do all the things they would like to do is actually out of fear.

Some people call fear, false or anticipated evidence, a real appearance.

What are your fears? That prevented you from living your dream. That kept you from doing the things that you would like to do.

Let's think about these things. And how do we start to handle that? Abraham Maslow said life is about growing up. And he said you can go back to your place of comfort and where you will not find growth or you have to be willing to go ahead and face your fears over and over again, because you will never have fear for free.

I mean, some fears are justified and legitimate. There are some things you should really be afraid of. Now you must not let it hold you back. He agrees. He is considerate and responsible. There are times when we must keep on the watch. But the difference between suspension is fear. It is the difference between being afraid and being afraid to be with you. What do we do then? One, admit it and know it's okay. Do not give in to fear. It is very good to have some fear. You acknowledge your fears. You accept that fear and move on. You do whatever you are afraid of, because once you have accepted it, see what you resist will persist. What you resist will persist. So one of the most important things you can do is start to accept your fears.

One of the things you find is when you face your fears. Not as bad as you think it is. And when people tell you, I just can't do it, I can't hold you and realize that, really, really, I can't bear it. They think that they will not be there, they just walk away as if they were going to die.

Guess what? We all had moments when we faced our fears. We had to do something we felt uncomfortable with. We didn't want to do it and we didn't die. They didn't come, they took us and put us in a box somewhere. So what do we start to do? How do we handle that?

What is the process? Because everything is up here.

One, I think, consider the worst case scenario. Then I came up with an alternative. Imagine being able to handle them and be able to manage them. And I used to have a very low level of speaking in front of people who I felt were better than them, because I was not trained in college. I used to feel that college people were the smartest people in the world, and I had nothing to say to them. And why would they listen to me? That’s how I felt so I had to visualize myself speaking in front of them, speaking in front of a different audience that was struggling more than me, and seeing and appreciating my worth and that I was an important person, even though I didn’t want everything. I had no money. I had no education they had. So part of the process is to see yourself fit, to know, to have what you need to make you a special person, and that you have great power and deserve to be obeyed or you should have that dream and that love and whatever you see and think there. You have to visualize it and know that you already have what it takes.

Please, come after me. I have to visualize it. I found myself facing my fears, facing my fears. I am beyond knowing. So decide as you look at your life, as you look to the future and say, what fears are I holding on to? What doors do I allow to bind me, that prevent me from getting out, that keep me from living the way I can, that keep me from being really happy, that keeps me from having fun and happiness in my life.

What prevents me from controlling my destiny? What I'm afraid of is giving that permission. Notice what I said. That we must give our consent to fear, to shut us down because any discomfort you experience, any challenges or difficulties that exist, you have to deal with. You have to go up there and deal with it. Will it be easy? No.

Will it be a challenge? Yes. But that's just what you have to go through to get where you want to go, and guess what? He is strong enough to do it. You are strong enough and your life is worth anything you have to go through, whatever you have to do. This dream, you got it get whatever you want to do. Will it be easy to just run there and do it? No. Will it happen overnight? No. Will it be a struggle? Yes.

Will there be times when you just can't seem to get enough of it? Yes. That's part of you. Will there be times when you do not know what to do? Yes, that's your part. Did no one warn you that this was going to happen to you?

That's called life. There are such challenges. So what’s next is that you accept yourself, and then accept fear as reality and not power. See, when you accept and accept fear as real, that means it's something that happens. It is something you will experience. But it is not a force to be reckoned with. It has no special power except the one you gave it. So you accept the fact that you are scared and move on anyway. You go ahead and do whatever you have to do. And one of the things you have to do is look at your inner conversation and direct your thoughts and your thoughts, because if you don’t do that, your mind will take you on an uncontrollable journey. Part of what you have to do is be your own facilitator. You cannot, you cannot speak freely alone. You just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people. And you feel your energy level rising and people will feel that around you.

See, now, if you go through life in fear, people can feel that. They can catch that fear. Look, when you are not filling your life with things that you can do. Look we all have things given to us. And I don’t think it’s a choice to stay on what we have. Look, if you are sitting on what you have, given, I think everyone has been given something to bring to the world, that you are the only one who can do that, you are the only one who can do that, you are the only one who can start that job. And if you don't do that, if you don't fill in your life with your life work or your goal, then there are gaps in your life. And what we do when we do not live up to our reality, we begin to fill in the gaps. We fill the holes with garbage. Alcohol, drugs, anxiety, harmful behavior. So once you start looking at your life and know that what you are not doing you can do it because you have allowed yourself to be caught in your fears. Now, when you have no real appreciation and acceptance of who you are and you allow yourself to be shaken by fear, what happens in this process is that you start to hurt yourself. You start to ruin your life. You start to ruin your dreams. You start to work against yourself unknowingly. You become your worst enemy.

So what do you do about it? You begin to see that your dream and your gifts are very meaningful and have great value to you until your hunger begins to push you away. Your hunger will give you a special drive as you work on your own, as you begin to acknowledge your true self, the true power you have, the true power you have to bring about change, the power to do miracles within you to do the things you want to do.

When life can no longer threaten you with death, what else is there? What else is there? And most of the fear we have is not the fear of life or death. They are not that kind of fear. But in our imagination, we blow them up out of proportion. And we give them more power than they have or deserve. And we allow them to rule our lives. We let them decide how far we can go in our dreams and get our stuff. As you examine yourself and begin to manifest yourself and just say, wait, hold a minute, hold a minute. I've been sweating this. What could be worse for me in this? Will it kill me? Am I going to die? Well then. why am I going through all these changes over this? How much power is this really? And am I the one who empowers it? See how many times we allow ourselves to be fed and they are set on fire. You watch the news and read the newspaper, you will be afraid to leave the house. You can be scared. So what kinds of things, what kinds of thoughts do you feed your consciousness on? What are some of the things you put in your mind that will enable you to move forward or explain to yourself why you live where you are? We go through life constantly blocking ourselves. And fear is one of the biggest tools we can use to prevent our real power.

When you start looking at your health, you may decide to use fear as a barrier or you may decide to use it as a building block. That you have decided, hey, look here, I will move over here, I will not let anything stop me from doing what I want to do. See, if you begin to understand and admit your fears and get out anyway, get out of the air, and know that there is a way to start dealing with this, there is a way out here somewhere where there is a solution.

What you want, that you have the power to do whatever comes your way, to control it, to deal with it. And instead of feeling weak, you start to feel stronger. Look, where all the big reductions are which is happening all over the country, there are a lot of people biting their fingers for fear that they might lose their jobs. But there are a few people who have decided within themselves, I will succeed. Some people do not expect to be cut. Some people walk by themselves because they felt within themselves. I have what it takes to do it.

They are not afraid of the future in the way they see themselves, something they feel they deserve, because they feel they can create for themselves, because these people have already decided. As they look to the future, as they see themselves, there is a way.

Where there is a will, there is a way for me to start creating a way out. And if you have that kind of awareness, when you have that kind of spirit, nothing can stop you. Nothing. What would your life be like as you look to the future if you decide, I will not let my fears stop me? How can your health be? What would your future be like if you decided to pursue what you so desperately need?

That it prepares you to overcome your fears that you experienced fear, as one source says, feel fear and do it anyway. How can your health be? And I say to you. That all of us who are covered with fear have the power to awaken. Is it light? No. It's not easy. Can I do it? Yes. What is one way to get started? Some of us need someone to hold our hands. Sometimes we need someone to help us. Be willing to say, I do not know. Be willing to reach out, be willing to get help to take it to the next level.

What an athlete, you would never expect boxers to make deep statements, I think it was Joe Frazier who said that. He says we are all like a blind man at some point in our lives, standing in a corner, waiting for someone to lead us across. So all of us at some point in our lives need some help, we need someone who can reach us, throw us out of the rope of life, to help us fall into the treacherous waters that we can walk alone. None of us do it for ourselves. All of us at some point in our lives, need that kind of help. We need that kind of help because we are growing in the people we have in our lives who can enrich our personal lives, professionally, spiritually and in all aspects of our lives. We do not grow up in an empty environment. So, as you look at it, what fears do you have that you probably need some help? And strengthen yourself in that area as you explore your strengths and weaknesses, as you begin to improve and your passions and dreams and your intentions and the things you want. If you decide to feel all about your true power, as you decide to show off all your greatness, as you decide, wait a minute, what else is available to me out here?  When I decide to feel  the fear of rejection, the fear of not, the fear of failure. Fear of loneliness, what else is there, taking advantage, fear, losing everything? What else is there for me that will bring meaning and value? Fear of people who do not like me. You know how many people do things they don't want to do because they want to be liked by everyone.

Everyone will not like you. No! That is not just a kind of world. But you know there are many people who will not take positions in the news, who will not stand for what they believe in, who will not speak for themselves because they do not drive anyone crazy. Oh, it was Bill Cosby, he said. I don't know what the secret of success is, he said, but here's what I know, what the secret to success is. He said trying to please everyone. You may not be able to please everyone, but there are people who are afraid to move the boat. So they just walk in life, they just walk. These people are not healthy. They don't really get life, life is too short for that, it's too short and unpredictable, it passes, it doesn't try to disturb anything, it doesn't try to move anything, not trying to make any waves. You see, there are other people who come into the universe with their level of giving and the level of energy they show is so small, so invisible, that when they go, you never know they are gone. But there are other people, because of their personality, because of their contribution, because of their investment of their time and energy and the influence they have there, that when they leave, everyone will remember them. See if Mama Teresa checks, everyone will know. At Rosa Parks, everyone will know. Nelson Mandela. Everyone will know. Why? Because of their contribution.  See but there are people, because their contribution is small, no one will pay attention to them. So I say before you are put in a coffin and buried. Decide that you are a box and hide your fears.

 Decide that you will start living a new life, looking for new horizons. That you find more love and more happiness and more ways to give more in life. The boy says something. I like this. You say everything a man does for himself, guess? He goes with her, but all he does for others, he leaves. So when you first say, what do I want to leave out? What is the first contribution I make? What difference do I want to make in life? What can I do with all this life I have left? What opportunities should I take? What danger do I need to take on first? What fears should I have? What aspects of my life are currently dead? What dream? You can live your dreams or live your fears. You have to get to the point where you say, I am sick and tired of living like this. It should be more. That’s it, that’s where people go out and attack their dreams. That’s when people get out of relationships when they die together rather than grow up together. I tell you, now, one of the fun things about life is that you keep the baby for yourself.

Creation is a quality we are all buried within, somehow. It involves the invention of something new or the invention of something that already exists to make it interesting.

The creative skills of other people are very close and one can easily see their manifestation. People say their art is "born". For some, developing creative skills takes time and effort. The important thing to realize is that we can all create. You just have to take action to get it out of you. Try the following:

1. Change your thinking.

You may have heard the phrase ‘Think outside the box’. You should try to view the situation differently. Change your mind. Consider all the factors that affect your problem or concern. Try breaking down the problem into smaller parts and pushing it. Consider what could happen if the idea was changed. This feature is important for the development of the art because it helps you to remove potential fixes that may hinder the art.

 2. Mentally move from your current location.

Imagine how someone else could have reacted if they had faced a similar situation. Imagine how different situations could have been if you had faced the same problem. An application for different settings can also be made; and from there, adjust the solution to the current setting.

3. Let your imagination run wild.

Use your imagination. Change may bring art because you see things differently. You can also try to exaggerate or think too much, either to increase or decrease something. Thinking about the differences between the two can lead to ideas. This is the last function of the brain.

4. Your comfort zone.

Nature should be right. You need to have a place where you can focus without unnecessary distractions so that you can give your full attention to the problem. This should extend to the people you are traveling with. You tend to do better at something when you have people with the same mindset. To put it simply, engage with creative people to help improve your creative skills.

Most of the time, people tend to be more creative when they have people doing the same thing. It has also been found that if you wish to become more creative, you should try to associate with talented people.

5. Time, time, time.

You can't speed up the art. Speeding does not help the flow of ideas. Your mind tends to get into a bit of confusion when you try to force things. Studies show that the results produced in this province are in short supply. If you have little time, keep a list of activities like these near you. Go through each activity and exercise individually. Take your time.

6. Get help… pass on your ideas to others.

A different view of the problem can help. Best of all, many different ideas! Never be ashamed to ask. Diversity is very helpful in terms of creativity. Schedule a discussion session. The spontaneous emergence of new ideas helps in the formation of other ideas. Negotiation products can be a raw material in the construction of the idea.

Remember that in compiling ideas, 4 rules are followed for success:

- There should be no criticism. Criticism disrupts the flow of ideas freely. This can be postponed until later.

- Consolidation and / or editing of ideas is encouraged.

- The value is chosen over the quality in the mental interview.

- Strange or bizarre ideas are encouraged.

 For each of us, the universe is different. A homeless man may view the universe as a failure, a burden, and a burden. A rich person may view the universe as a delightful place full of luxury and happiness. They both look at the same universe, different just because of their ideas about it and their life experiences.

 This is the basic key to understanding, knowing how you see the universe in you. When you feel that you are full of fear and hatred, it will be so. If you think it is full of love and happiness, it is. Using some of the techniques discussed in this, and other topics, you can begin to rearrange the way you see the universe and change your life!

 Think about how many times you have been frightened by something that happens and it happens. For example, you may worry that you will hit your car, and then you do it. Was it a precursor or did you create it? Compare this with the time you expect something to happen and it happens. Fear is often a very strong emotion and focus, which makes the object of that fear / thought appear very quickly.

 Of course, thought and belief not only create the universe at the emotional and mental level, but also at the material level. We may fear that we are wrong if we have money so we are not right. You can use your will and focus on showing the things you want to further your life with. Remember that you can only express the things you believe you can have. You may want a million dollars, but unless you really believe you can have it, you will not get it.

It is also often the case that what you are trying to convey is related to the purpose of your life or not. If not, you will have a hard time showing it. Also, if you expose yourself to selfish desires and your ego then it will not work. It works best if you show yourself to be very good, dedicated, and great.

 When working on a show remember to keep your mind open how it will emerge in your life. For example, many of us may want to make more money. We have a mental plan that says, “a lot of money means I have to work harder”. This is not really true. You could offer to pay extra for promotions, promotions, job changes, competition winners, legacy, and many more. You need to be open about this because if you mentally balance the ways the Universe can offer you it will be very difficult for what you want to bring into your life. Listen again to your intuition because it will help guide you. You may suddenly find yourself wanting to buy a newspaper. You buy it and pay attention to the car you want to sell. Our mind comes from a higher source and will guide us if we listen to it.

 You can use principles, guarantees, and positive visions to help you create what you want in your universe. This not only needs to be limited to material things, but you can work to bring more love, more happiness and more to your life and the lives of those around you. If you are working on making things like this in your life look at the root of what is missing. For example, you may feel a lack of love in your life. Examine the cause and you can see if it is because of a lack of self-confidence or self-esteem, or because of something in your childhood. Once you know why you can work to solve the problem and make a living for yourself. Then you will find it much easier to bring, and maintain, what you desire in your life.

 Another thing you can do is help you visualize the overflow of the universe. Abundance will be the subject of another topic, and it will be fully addressed during the course of the study, but take a trip out of time and see how much nature there is. See how free and environmentally friendly nature offers. Think about this and that plenty can be a part of your life.

 * I associate with my superior

When we’re in the creative flow, we can sometimes forget we even have a body, because our minds are exploding with color, sounds, words and images. But when unhealthy habits sap your body of its vitality and strength, your creativity and productivity will be sapped as well.

What could be more frustrating than the interruption of your creative flow by an uninvited headache, back spasm, dullness of mind or the “shakes”?

A guitarist once heard the expression that as a guitar player, he is a “small muscle athlete” – meaning he need to warm up those muscles and treat them well. Perhaps as artists we’re ALL small muscle athletes. After all, we do need a good measure of physical endurance to get through our creative tasks.

Whether it’s sitting hunched over an easel, the repetitive movements of playing a musical instrument, the stamina to stand and walk on stage throughout an entire show or sitting at a computer keyboard for most of the day, our creative tools all require the use of the body.

To keep that body strong and resilient takes daily attention.

Day-to-day self-care practices such as getting enough sleep, eating three healthy and balanced meals that are evenly timed throughout the day (plus healthy snacks if you need them), moving your body actively and drinking enough water are all essential for taking care of your body.

Taking care of the body also affects the mind. Fatigue, malnutrition, inactivity and dehydration will all have adverse effects on the mind and the ability to problem solve, concentrate and connect ideas.

The Creative Cycle and Self-Care

Touring with a band, rehearsing for a show or burning the midnight oil to finish a painting before a gallery opening, are all examples of extraordinary circumstances where we might relax our self-care discipline and adopt a whole new set of rules.

Then, when the show or tour is over or the piece is finished, we sometimes sink into an anti-climactic “low” or a period of transition before we get back into the creative flow again.

The daily practices you keep when things are “normal” will build resilience for the times when these extraordinary circumstances come up. They also build habits and healthy living skills that you can draw on when life gets more challenging.

Put it into play

One of the best practices for a healthy body, mind and spirit is to get enough sleep and rest. Tonight, end your evening activities a half hour early and spend that time winding down. Release the worries of the day by writing or speaking about them. Calm yourself with a bath, tea, massage, music or a good read that doesn’t remind you of your work.

We can all come up with reasons why we can’t exercise, we can’t make different food choices and we can’t focus more on our health.

You have a unique creative gift to share with the world, but your creativity relies on a sound mind and body.

So which of your reasons for not taking care of yourself are more important than that?

The Great Teacher once said: "As a man thinks in his heart, so is he". What you always think about the situation inevitably is what happens to it; so it is important that in any case our thinking should be positive. If there is one truth religion, science and the workings of the mind seem to agree, it is that the mind is indeed the greatest force in the world. Yoga practitioners have said that anyone who can control the mind is a powerful person. Having said that, it is clear that in dealing with stress and stressful situations, one must take every precaution to think positively, perhaps as the first weapon in the fight against evil.

Friends, it all starts with a thought.

In addition, thoughts have the power to make things happen in your mind. Therefore, it would be safe to say that we should all make efforts to turn our mental habits into beliefs instead of disbelief as much as possible. This will be very important when you are looking for ways to overcome depression.

Manifested by feelings of worthlessness, skepticism, hopelessness, if we allow oppressive thoughts to remain in our minds, they may actually be able to spread our words and actions and thus exacerbate the very situations and challenges a person may be experiencing. depressing thoughts from the beginning.

 Combining all three factors will go a long way in ensuring that each component (most importantly our thoughts) stays focused on overcoming our stress. My friends, although it may not always be an easy journey to overcome our challenges, I would like you to remember this quote also: hold it and you can use it in a constructive way ”  Consider the above statement and keep it in mind my friend as a reason to always have faith and hope in the face of adversity. Perhaps the only thing that will ensure success in the end.

 He is your enemy. One of the biggest worries I can think of is when you live a life trying to stay comfortable. Life will send you more discomfort. It is true that life will send you many problems because life will always throw stones at you. Life will continue to give you resistance, struggles, problems and because people are more concerned with staying comfortable instead of growing up and reaching out because people do not want to abuse their limitations and go beyond you. They keep struggling. You are not here on this planet to drink apple martinis on the beach and get yourself a tan. You are here to grow and if you can not make yourself uncomfortable, life will give you many reasons to get you out of your comfort zone. So you have one of two options that you commit to always growing and feeling uncomfortable with your will and becoming the master of your destiny or giving the keys and letting life happen to you automatically. One way leads to success and the other leads to chronic pain. It is your choice of imagination.

 Steve Jobs started Apple felt comfortable with it. You think top athletes sleep their way through high performance. The Oscar-winning actress is slowing down her way to success. No. So, why allow yourself to waste time with Netflix margins with endless delays. Why are you running to the bar?

 You have to be willing to make a difficult decision. You have to be determined, feel uncomfortable, feel uncomfortable, face rejection in order to fail, feel depressed. You have to be willing to deal with those things because that is what you need to grow. How many times have you looked at your life and said man if I only knew what I know now. I live a very different life so it is unlikely that you are living the life you are now living in a different way. Once you start developing awareness you can not yet guess correctly. The only way you can improve your knowledge and awareness is to try things that you have not tried. Doing things you have not yet done. Creating things you were not created to go places. You haven't checked yet. He grows like this. Such is the case with the man who deserves to sit on the beach with his favorite drink. Life will reward you for what you have done after work. There is a real value to success and life collects payments and let me tell you something life does not accept payment plans. Life does not allow you to run away from things you have not yet worked on. Your commitment should be paid in advance and in full and is the only way you will get the life you want. So I strongly suggest that you start paying for your frustration. I strongly suggest that you start making those calls and then start getting closer to that person and start doing kindness and compassion over jealousy and greed. So you can deal with your anxiety of running a gym that you read a lot to jump up until you start waking up in the morning or you are not a morning person that destroys your procrastination to start doing things you know inside of your heart. I usually start doing it a long time ago so you can start building the experience and knowledge you need to be successful is what I suggest. This is a clear sign, a direct message given life to you to wake up, to help you acknowledge your greatness. It's time, it's time for you to relax, it's time to start dreaming again and start following your own in what you have been neglecting for a long time and I promise when you push yourself wrong, your friends. You will realize, your colleagues will realize, your family will realize, life will realize and life will begin to support you. Life will begin to support you and open the doors and introduce you to the people who will take you to the next level but you must take the first step. So take it easy and watch your life explode. Watch the new levels of the game that unlock for you but watch you progress into the person you once wanted to be. Everything is waiting for you outside of your comfort zone, do that.

CHALLENGE NEGATIVE SELF-TALK AND REPLACE IT WITH POSITIVE EMPOVERING THOUGHTS
