STAY POSITIVE


The Great Teacher once said: "As a man thinks in his heart, so is he". What you always think about the situation inevitably is what happens to it; so it is important that in any case our thinking should be positive. If there is one truth religion, science and the workings of the mind seem to agree, it is that the mind is indeed the greatest force in the world. Yoga practitioners have said that anyone who can control the mind is a powerful person. Having said that, it is clear that in dealing with stress and stressful situations, one must take every precaution to think positively, perhaps as the first weapon in the fight against evil.

Friends, it all starts with a thought.

In addition, thoughts have the power to make things happen in your mind. Therefore, it would be safe to say that we should all make efforts to turn our mental habits into beliefs instead of disbelief as much as possible. This will be very important when you are looking for ways to overcome depression.

Manifested by feelings of worthlessness, skepticism, hopelessness, if we allow oppressive thoughts to remain in our minds, they may actually be able to spread our words and actions and thus exacerbate the very situations and challenges a person may be experiencing. depressing thoughts from the beginning.

When dealing with stress-related problems, the famous psychologist William James has this secret quote: "Our belief in the beginning of doubt or a challenging situation is the only thing that guarantees a successful outcome in the long run."  This reminds me of another powerful verse :  "If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth".

Combining the context and the impact of both quotations, one can see that it is important to believe and expect the best in any situation one is facing. By doing so you will bring everything to a place of possibility and success. This does not mean that we should sit down and wait for a miraculous transformation. It means we must change our processes of thinking about our circumstances first, take actions that will lead us and keep us on the path to success in overcoming our challenges and as words, thoughts and actions influence each other as objects, something else. you are also advised to always speak positively about the challenges a person may face.

 Combining all three factors will go a long way in ensuring that each component (most importantly our thoughts) stays focused on overcoming our stress. My friends, although it may not always be an easy journey to overcome our challenges, I would like you to remember this quote also: hold it and you can use it in a constructive way ”  Consider the above statement and keep it in mind my friend as a reason to always have faith and hope in the face of adversity. Perhaps the only thing that will ensure success in the end.
