The Great Teacher once said: "As a man thinks in his
heart, so is he". What you always think about the situation inevitably is
what happens to it; so it is important that in any case our thinking should be
positive. If there is one truth religion, science and the workings of the mind
seem to agree, it is that the mind is indeed the greatest force in the world.
Yoga practitioners have said that anyone who can control the mind is a powerful
person. Having said that, it is clear that in dealing with stress and stressful
situations, one must take every precaution to think positively, perhaps as the
first weapon in the fight against evil.
Friends, it all starts with a thought.
In addition, thoughts have the power to make things
happen in your mind. Therefore, it would be safe to say that we should all make
